Thank you for choosing our custom jewelry service. Every piece is designed and crafted specifically for you.
1. Design Request Form
All custom orders begin with the completion of our Custom Design Request Form. This helps us understand your vision, preferences, and project requirements.
2. Design Deposit
A non-refundable $50 design deposit is required before a consultation can be scheduled. This deposit covers the design and planning process and will be applied toward the final cost of your custom piece.
3. Video Consultation
After your form and deposit have been received, a video consultation will be scheduled. During this meeting, we will discuss design details, stone placement, sizing, materials, construction, and any special requests.
4. Design Approval
Once the design is finalized, photos and/or renderings of the completed design will be provided for your review and approval before production begins.
5. Final Invoice & Payment
A final invoice will be issued once the design has been approved. Invoices must be paid in full before production begins. No custom piece will be created until full payment has been received.
6. Production & Shipping
After payment is received, your jewelry will enter production. Upon completion, final photos of the finished piece will be sent. Your order will then be packaged and shipped to the address provided.
The $50 design deposit is non-refundable.
